All breads are handcrafted in a gluten-free bakery, ensuring that there is no cross-contamination from any products with gluten. All breads are made from scratch, from original flour mixes and recipes.

Stoneground buckwheat flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, brown rice flour, chia flour, filtered water, sultanas, currants, raisins, figs, dates, apricots, olive oil, yeast, sea salt, organic psyllium husk, sugar, citric acid.
