A delicate pouch of cow's milk mozzarella with a soft centre of creamy stracciatella. Vannella handcrafts its burrata in Marrickville using traditional Italian cheesemaking techniques.

Best served at room temperature with tomatoes, basil and olive oil, or spooned over salads, pasta and pizza.

Ingredients: Pasteurised cow's milk, pasteurised cow's cream, non-animal rennet, starter cultures, salt.
