Vegan friendly. Medium spice profile.

TO MAKE THE PERFECT VEGGIE TAGINE MEAL: Make enough couscous for two by bringing 1 cup of water (or broth) to a boil with a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil or butter. Remove from heat, add 1 cup of couscous, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve alongside our Moroccan Tagine, adding fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon for extra flavour if desired.
