This is a sort of hipster, super-healthy and delicious version of schnitzel. Approximately 500 gm pack.

Slices of organic chicken breast dipped in pastured egg and then covered in a mix of bread crumbs, sunflower seeds, white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds and corianders seeds with a dash of turmeric and cayenne pepper. This is straight out of the Ottolenghi song book.

Delicious fast food that's perfect for a quick dinner or lunch the next day.
